BROKEN PACKAGES & REPLACEMENTS
In the unfortunate event that your Whimsy Matcha™ package is damaged or broken during shipping, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following info:
- Order number (code beginning with #WM)
- Items damaged
- Photos that show your unused item has been damaged or broken
For all authentic claims on broken or damaged packages, we will ship you replacement items as soon as your claim has been processed.
Whimsy Matcha™ does not accept returns on any items. All sales are final.
